SHIPPING -

I ship orders in the US only by First Class Mail with a flat fee rate of $5.00 no matter how many items you purchase up to $50.00. All orders are shipped by the next business day once payment is received.  Delivery times range from 3-10 days depending on USPS.  I will confirm shipping with a tracking number via email.

If you want your purchase to arrive sooner via PRIORITY, shipping options are available but will incur an additional cost to you.

REFUNDS/EXCHANGES -

I want all my customers to be happy with their orders so if you have concerns once you received it, please contact me with 3 days of delivery so we can discuss the matter.

I will issue a full refund or exchange upon return of the item or items but all items must be returned in their original unused condition (unless of course my product is defective through my fault). I will promptly provide the refund of the purchase price and the shipping cost you paid when making the original purchase.
